Integrated solution for controlling and tracking patient care activities
DMC is synonymous with technology, and it is always innovating that we guarantee people's well-being.
Infrectrack is a customized solution for patient care, assistance and safety, guiding and monitoring health professionals linked to ICU activities, as well as equipment and supplies used in these environments.
Infectrack excels in the quality of activities related to patients, far beyond hygiene and care related to the service provided by the hospital institution. Through a set of sensors and equipment, it is possible to monitor and guide health professionals regarding items that can be monitored, such as hand hygiene with BacXterm (antiseptic), which procedures were performed and by whom, which medications were administered and when each event occurred, in addition to the estimated time spent on each bedside activity.
It is a complete and customizable electronic solution that, through identification badges with radiofrequency and sensors, provides means of controlling and monitoring the Bundles defined by the institution.
How does the system work?
Fully customized, the set aims not only to assist in the control and prevention of hospital infections by monitoring the hygiene of professionals, but also to monitor all the necessary tasks per bed, bringing more safety to patients. This customization of parameters defined by the Hospital Infection Control Commission - CCIH of each hospital, guarantees better results with patient care and better control and cost reductions in the operation.
Through a badge, Infectrack's electronic sensors detect and identify the presence of professionals and monitor whether or not hand hygiene is performed before approaching the bed.
The module that is next to the bed allows all the procedures performed to be computed. From a customized configuration, it is possible to follow the decubitus times, for example, and who performed the maneuver with the patient.
Infectrack is a support for the control of the patient's medication, through a barcode reader, RFId (Radio Frequency Identification) or manually launching, the module has the patient's dosage, the times to be administered and who administered the medication for the correct monitoring of activities.
As the visibility of beds is in real time, it is possible to control the availability of beds in the institution, implementing this routine to Infectrack, far beyond a control tool, it is continuous management.
As the system is independent, without the need for infrastructure investments by hospitals, it has its own wireless network, which eliminates the use of auxiliary devices, data is collected and stored automatically and remotely in a local database. , generating reports with graphs and parameters of adherence to patient care and hygiene protocols defined by the institution.
Infectrack is DMC bringing the future into the present. Welcome to the future.
